My first studying year is finishing. I have very strange feelings about that. First, I am happy that summer is coming, I can have holidays, have a rest from studies and enjoy the summer and warm weather. But in the other hand, I will miss my group mates, lecturers, very hard work and moments that I have experienced in this year.

First course year was hard, because we were new students, we didn’t know anything at university and about it. But I am very glad because my studies are well and I met some really good friends. I didn’t expect that. I didn’t expect that I can work so hard and all things sleepless during the night. It shows that I am a real student.
I wish that next year would be easiest for me. But I know that I will have new subjects, new lecturers and I think I will feel new experiences of life. I am looking forward that.

What does it mean to be a good teacher

You know that there are a lot of people who want to be teachers. If you are planning to become a teacher you have to think a lot before doing this. It is not so easy to teach in school. Teachers have to feel a passion for teaching, have a lot of good character qualities which can help them in their work and teachers have to well prepare and know everything about their subjects.

Firstly, a real teacher is that person who loves to work with young people and wants to teach them . A perfect teacher has to love the job. If you adore your job then you will love everything what is related with it. Also good teachers should love their pupils, behave with them very well and help them to learn new things and reach aims in life.

Secondly, teachers must have good qualities. They have to be self-confident, curious, creative. They should be interested in learning new things, ways of teaching.  Besides, teachers have to be interested in their pupils interests, they should share their opinion and experience. Pupils have to trust their teachers that is why a communication between teacher and children is very important.

Thirdly, it is not a secret that teachers have to be well prepared for their subjects. If people want to be teachers they have to know a lot of things about their subject which they are going to teach. They have to renew their knowledge, try different styles of teaching. Also, they have to do their best in all lessons. Teachers have to explain everything what pupils are asking and give more practical exercises.

In conclusion, In my opinion people who want to be teachers may have some difficulties, because this work is for strong people. But if they are determined to work with young people, they love their work and they have necessary character qualities, they can really become a perfect. Pupils recpects them and say thank you for caring, teaching them and preparing for a new stage of life.

My morning

I slept very bad this night. I fell asleep about 4 o'clock. When I woke up, I saw the sun was shining and my mood became better. I had a shower, ate some salads, sweets and drunk a cup of tea. I had time to watch the last "Desperate Housewives"episode. It was really strange but very interesting. Then I thought what I should wear and what clothes to choose. After that I left my home and hardly had a time to catch the bus.

Essay


Travels are my passion. So there are many reasons why I love travelling.
First of all, I am obsessed with meeting and learning about new cultures and traditions. I can visit new countries, cities, see the landmarks and famous places.
Secondly, I can meet new people. I love talking with them and helping learning more about their country. They can easily become my real friends.
Thirdly, it is about the food. I like to try new food, new dishes and tastes. Also, I love going to supermarkets, little boutiques and markets, and can spend hours just looking at strange new and interesting food items which I’ve never seen before.
To sum up, I enjoy travelling very much because in different country I can discover new cultures, traditions, meet new people, try new and delicious food. Travelling is a very important way in my life and I hope I will visit more and more countries and try new challenges.

Essay

Nowadays young children or teenagers don’t want to live or communicate with their grandparents. They think that old people have old attitudes, children don’t listen to their opinion. But there are some advantages living with grandparents.

First of all, old people can tell a lot of stories about their family history. Therefore young children can know all family members, biographical facts and interesting details about their lives.

Secondly, grandparents can help to children to do schoolwork. They can have very good knowledge at maths, history, physics and geography, so they can help to prepare them for the test.

Thirdly, children can learn to appreciate the special qualities from older persons. Doing all works which young people have to do, they become responsible and creative. Also they can be much more careful, because they start to think about others, not only about themselves.

All in all, I think that grandparents and children living together can learn new things, they can share their opinions, stories, also older people can help to do some works, but it is the most important thing that they can learn qualities which are very necessary in life.

Recommended movie

   I would recommend seeing “Intouchables”, which is a French film directed by Olivier Nakache and Éric Toledano. It is based on a true-to-life story,

Driss is young, black, from the Parisian banlieue, and his last six months were spent in prison. And so he stands out quite significantly on the list of candidates for the job of providing health care to Philippe, a rich quadriplegic man. Hired as a kind of challenge and in the spirit of contradiction, Philippe soon begins to change the life and outlook of the other man, who has himself been imprisoned - by his social and physical limitations. Philippe knew that a young man from the estates would not pity him, and it is the film’s lack of pity that makes it so success. Philippe pushes around in all senses of the word, opening him up to the freedoms thought forever lost. Neither character is presented in a way that leads the viewer to pity them. They joke and taunt each other over their situations in life, making a mockery of the prejudices in French society and leading the viewer to adore their unusual relationship.

    I strongly encourage people to watch this movie, because it is a very funny with a truly heartfelt story and plenty of witty jokes.

Kaziukas fair

I think, everybody knows that in Vilnius was Kaziukas fair 2012.
I always attend to Kaziukas fair because I like when Vilnius The Old Town is crowded with people. There are a lot of  artists who show their original things, which people can buy.
Also, this year I attended this event on Saturday and Sunday. This fair is needed for people to see nice things,  meet people in the street, share joy and happiness. It is nice that each year in this fair come a lot of people from other countries, so they can know something about Lithuanian traditions, music, things and clothes.
